Sometimes it's fun to hear why other people just like us decided to start investing in real estate.  That's what Real People Real Estate Stories are all about.  On today's episode, I chat with Sarah Pilla.  She's a TV host, yoga teacher, and real estate enthusiast, and we had a wonderful chat about:

1. Why did you decide to embark on a real estate journey when you are already working in other fields?

2. What are some of your fears regarding your future real estate investing? How do you deal with them?

3. How do your current careers, fit into the mold of your aspiring real estate career?

Sarah is a TV host, freelance scriptwriter, a yoga instructor and yoga teacher trainer. She is also currently going through a course to become licensed as a real estate agent. It's her a dream to step into this role to have more financial security and build wealth long-term. Another dream with real estate is to invest in property for various purposes, a first and second home, a place to host yoga retreats, and the big dream is to have a yoga complex in San Diego that is donation only, a place where every person in San Diego can come to practice yoga and have a safe space and community regardless of what their financial situation is.

Moneeka has been investing in Real Estate for over 20 years, so has seen all the different cycles of the market. Through her strategies, she has turned $10,000 into over $2,000,000, working only 5-10 hours per MONTH with very little stress. She lives her dreams and won't let anyone tell her what she can and can't do. She graduated from Haas Business School at UC Berkeley, one of the top 3 colleges in the nation, and has been in business for herself ever since. While building her multi-million dollar business, she has traveled to over 55 countries, dances every single day, and spends lots of time with her husband of over 20 years and her adorable little puppy (who is the love of her life, but shhhh...don't tell her husband).
