Amanda is an enthusiastic Millennial who started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 23 when she wrote her first business plan.  That business, a social enterprise coffee shop, opened to the public in downtown Chicago 3 years later.

After growing the business for 7 years, Amanda sold it to a nonprofit when she was expecting her first baby.
