She graduated at age 19 with a degree in fashion design, but as a lover of both art and fashion she combined these two passions to make a career in apparel graphics. For over 6 years before Dazey, she worked designing for notable brands like Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Nordstrom and more. During that time she realized her true goal was to have full creative freedom with a labor of her own. After years of daydream and doubt, she took the leap and started Dazey LA. Pilialoha Yarusi is better known as Pili . Pili is originally from Hawaii and has also lived in California and New York before settling in New Jersey. After years working in the arts, managing restaurants, running bars and owning a berry farm … Five years ago Pili decided to dive into Real Estate. After getting her license in 2013 she has not stopped! In 2014 Pili bought her first investment property in a beach town affected by Hurricane Sandy and targeted the teams focus efforts in the direction of growing a real estate portfolio. Her experience lends in her ability to maximize the profit on flips by utilizing her family’s specialized rigging experience and using those profits to grow a sizable rental portfolio of small to mid size apartment communities.
