Chris has been Actively involved in the mortgage industry since 1996.
Since then she has originated: Conventional, Fannie Mae Homestyle Renovation, FHA, FHA 203k, VA and VA renovation, commercial, jumbo, new construction and jumbo renovation. These programs are available on single family, 2, 3- or 4-unit homes, condos, townhomes, second homes, investment and mixed-use properties.
Chris is noted as one of the first renovation loan specialists in the Chicago market. She came to Guaranteed Rate, Inc. in 2011 to start the renovation loan division to originate renovation loans in all 50 states. Currently, Chris is licensed in 42 states.
Chris got her MBA in Finance at DePaul University and has received many awards and accolades from prestigious organizations across the country for her indepth knowledge of the mortgage industry and her commitment to serve her clients.
