Today I’d like to welcome to the show our guest Matt Argersinger!

Matt Argersinger is the lead advisor of Mogul. He joined The Motley Fool in 2008 as part of the company’s Analyst Development Program.

He’s worked on numerous Fool investing services, including Stock Advisor, Rule Breakers, Million Dollar Portfolio, and Supernova. He helped establish Motley Fool Germany and also appears regularly on Motley Fool podcasts, including Market Foolery and Motley Fool Money.

In addition to stocks, Matt and his wife, Jean, own and manage a few income properties in Washington, D.C. and have interests in several commercial real estate developments. He’s excited to use that experience and his Fool investing knowledge to help Mogul and Millionacres members find today’s best real estate opportunities.

Matthew earned a degree in economics from Brandeis University. He lives in Washington, D.C., with Jean and their beloved King Charles Spaniel, Daisy. Other than hunting for investing ideas, Matt enjoys traveling, skiing, mountain climbing, and board games that take at least four hours to complete.   Deidre Woollard

Welcome to the show Matt!

-Real Estate Winners (a new premium service) helps users build real estate allocations in their portfolios using real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate equities, a regularly updated list of recommended investments, as well as a healthy dose of REIT education and ongoing updates on past recommendations.

-Talk about REITs vs. other more common forms of real estate investing.

-Discuss how to invest in real estate without becoming a landlord, needing to be accredited, or risking tens of thousands of dollars or more on a single investment.

-Discuss how Matt analyzes real estate opportunities in the new platform.

-Speak about how excellent, well-run, publicly traded REITs and other real estate companies can beat the overall stock market over time, as well as produce a superior income stream for investors who need it, all with a relatively low level of risk.

-To help investors harness the long-term return potential of real estate through the stock market, Real Estate Winners’ advisors identify a select group of real estate investments and REITs that are at the heart of some of the biggest demographic and technological trends shaping society today with generated returns of 15%, 18%, and even 21% annually.

-Millionacres also offers other premium subscription services, including Mogul, which expands on the website’s knowledge base with specific strategies investors can take today, including vetted recommendations for individual crowdfunded investments, REITs, equities, and tax-efficient planning.
